Description

Jim John gets richer than Hector Black, the leader of the United Provinces of the Badlands. This means that Mr. Punk, the second-in-command leader of the United Provinces of the Badlands will be richer than him as well. As a celebration, Mr. Punk releases chemicals into the atmosphere that creates a severe storm that is capable of creating tornadoes.
